These Terms of Use define the rules for using the Poolyse app.

2. Services offered

Poolyse makes it possible to:
The Poolyse app is available in several languages: French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Dutch.
The language can be selected directly in the app.
The Poolyse website is available in French and English.
- analyze pool or spa water using test strips
- provide maintenance results and recommendations
- access an analysis history
- benefit from advanced features through a subscription

3. Access to the service

The Poolyse app is available at two levels:a) Limited free trialWhen using the app for the first time, the user benefits from trial access including a limited number of analyses and temporary access to Premium features.b) Premium accessAt the end of this trial, access to analyses and advanced features requires a Premium subscription:
- €6.99 for 1 month
- €34.99 for 6 months
- €59.99 for 12 months
Secure payment via the App Store or Google Play.Access to app features may vary depending on the selected language or the user's region.
The user is responsible for configuring the app language directly in the app settings.

4. Responsibilities

Poolyse is a decision-support tool and does not replace advice from a qualified professional.The user remains solely responsible for:
- maintaining their pool
- choosing and using chemical products
- complying with safety rulesThe publisher disclaims all liability in the event of improper use of the app, test strips, or treatment products.

5. Cancellation

The user may cancel their subscription at any time through their Apple or Google account.
The publisher cannot grant a refund for a period that has already begun.

6. Data Protection

In accordance with the GDPR, the user has the right to access, rectify, delete and, where applicable, port their data.Any request may be sent to: contact@poolyse.com

7. Intellectual Property

The app, its content, design, algorithms, logos, and visual materials are protected.Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law.
